Another essential step of optimizing your systems for peak traffic is to identify what your current solution can handle and areas to tune first for maximum performance gains. Our professional services team designed a complete load testing solution to accurately mimic real traffic on your website and produce actionable insights into your systems’ performance. This solution includes:

Step 3: Tuning

The next step is Tuning. Our team will provide an extensive analysis of your systems and provide a detailed list of recommendations for all areas that require improvement - from hardware, networks and all the way to the custom code and 3rd party integrations. All systems managed by our team will be tuned internally while some recommendations will be shared with your Systems Integrator and internal teams to follow up on. We can tune all of your systems including:

  • Hardware
  • OS
  • Middleware
  • Firewalls
Depending on the scope of work and quality of your custom code, tuning can take as little as 10 hours or many days. Reach out to us to evaluate the scope of work.

Step 4: Scalability Services

While your website traffic can vary throughout the year, its performance doesn’t have to. Our Scalability Services are designed to ensure your site’s availability and optimal performance during seasonal traffic increases. 

As part of this service, our team will analyze your requirements, add capacity, test and tune the scaled environment within 2-4 weeks depending on your system's complexity and business goals. This offering includes:

  • Hardware Provisioning

  • Load Balancing

The Scalability Services are monthly-based which means that you only pay for additional capacity when you need it.
